What PURPOSE is, and isn't
PURPOSE is a free journaling and encouragement tool. It isn't therapy, medical advice or a crisis service, and it can't respond to what you write.
It doesn't diagnose anything or promise healing. Its questions and reflections are offered as gentle encouragement. If something you're carrying feels too heavy, a doctor, therapist, counsellor or faith leader you trust can offer support that a journal can't.
